Costs

The most common question we are asked prior to first interview is "what will this cost me?"

Good question but difficult to answer until we've met you. That's why our first interview is free of charge so we can get to know each other and develop a clear understanding of how we can help you. You will leave the first interview with a clear idea of what we can do for you and how much our advice is likely to cost. This will enable you to make an informed decision about whether using our services is a value for money deal for you.

Options for payment

We are happy to work on an hourly fee basis. Our charge is $330 per hour and in the majority of cases we should be able to give you a firm estimate of total cost at your initial interview. Should you later proceed to purchase any products that pay us a commission, this will be used to offset the hourly fee.

Should you choose to join our ongoing service program our annual fees are based on a percentage of funds under our advice.

The increasing cost of financial advice means that securing quality financial advice is unfortunately now out of reach of some members of the pubic who are greatly in need of such assistance. As a result Tas Ethical undertakes a portion of work on a Pro Bono basis. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Switch from standard to ethical super

For a change from standard to ethical super, in the majority of instances you will have no out of pocket payment as the product provider usually covers the cost of our advice.
